Chargeback Policy

Our primary objective is to deliver cost competitive merchandise to our customers quickly and efficiently. In order to be successful in this objective, we depend upon our supplier base to provide merchandise to us without unnecessary expense or delay.

Shipping instructions have been included in this guide. Compliance with these instructions will enable efficient processing of your merchandise and invoices. Non-compliance will result in fines to offset our additional costs. Details of our fines are outlined below.

Fines will be communicated to the supplier in writing at the time of the receipt.

Please be sure to review all our instructions carefully. With your assistance and cooperation, we expect greater sales for both of our organizations.

Fine Policy
Pallet Configuration: Products must meet the configuration requirements as required by product. Specific information for the items that you supply can be provided upon request by your CCP buyer. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the greater of a $160 processing charge or a $40/hour charge to re-palletize the product.

Barcode Marking
UCC barcodes are required for all shipments to the following addresses:

Barcodes must contain the item number in either the I 2 of 5 or EAN 128 format. Barcodes must be in the correct format and must be functional. Specific information for the items that you supply can be provided upon request by your CCP buyer. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the greater of a $160 processing charge or a $40/hour charge to re-label the product.

Adherence to Routing Guide
Supplier must comply to the routing guide as located at www.continentalcommercialproducts.com when shipping to Continental Commercial Products, LLC. All transportation costs, detention charges, storage fees, or other expenses incurred by Continental Commercial Products, LLC because of the supplier's non-compliance with the instructions contained in this guide shall be charged to the supplier. The minimum charge per shipment for non-compliance is $160.

General Quality Issues
Charges for quality defects will be handled by each buyer and will be negotiated accordingly.
